WINDOWS - How to fix the issue with a Charney Hall Xerox copier-printer that only prints monochrome.

If printing in Charney Hall to a copier-printer and output is monochrome, then adjust this setting.

Body

If the computer prints correctly and has the correct printer driver, then do the following to make sure the Windows Xerox printer features app is configured to print in color and as well as monochrome.

Select the printer definition and then select Manage

Select Printing preferences to bring up the Xerox features app.

In the pull-down menu under Xerox Black and White, select Off (Use Document Color).

Select OK and do a test print to verify the change.
