Can Adobe Name Licenses be transferred and does it also pertain to Adobe Sign?

Policy on transferring Adobe Name Licenses and Adobe Sign

Per Adobe’s policy, licenses cannot be assigned to a generic "departmental" inbox. They must be tied to a specific person.

The Rule: A license requires a real person's name attached to it.
The Workaround: You can use a delegated email (like lawalumni@scu.edu) as the login, provided a specific individual is named as the account holder.
Example: If Jane Smith manages the account, the profile in the Adobe Console would be set up as User: Jane Smith with the Email: lawalumni@scu.edu.

Because Adobe Sign falls under our Enterprise Agreement, the process is different and more flexible.

No Transfers Needed: You don't need to "move" a license from one person to another. We can simply provision new ones as needed.
Requesting Access: If you need a license for your department, under your delegated inbox name, then contact University Finance Office for current agreement and assist you with Adobe Sign setup.
